Vision, Place and Purpose

Vision place and purpose is a gallery of examples of Sarah’s artwork that have been created for particular places, purpose or community use.

A collection of artwork for a restaurant to complement its fifteenth century interior, local heritage and local attractions wall hung mosaic and relief work, painted table top, painted panels, giclée prints on canvas.

A collection of artwork to celebrate a National Trust Property – wall hung relief work in various sizes. Collection shown over two exhibitions in The Gallery at Nymans and in the National Trust shop.

Garden mural – made in relief with natural stone mosaic 2.4 meters high.

Sculptural walls and seating – to celebrate an Arts College Specialist status – constructed from rendered block and brick work with wood seating -3 meters at it highest point and covering a platform area of 272 square meters.

A collection of artwork to celebrate Henley Royal Regatta – wall hung mosaic and relief work, freestanding sculpture, charcoal drawing and watercolours. Collection shown over two exhibitions in the Regatta Enclosure Gallery.

Interactive light & sound sculpture – rendered brick and block work with radial paving – 1 meter high x 3 metres diameter.

Reflective torus sculpture – surface coated Fiberglas with metal armature – 2 meters diameter. 

Creative concept for a sensory garden and outdoor learning classroom, including design of individual features – part of the provision for a school’s successful bid for specialist status as a Special Educational Needs and Cognition College.

Angel sculpture for All Saint’s Church, Harston – Portland composite on steel armature 80 cm high.
